Brandenburg Gate

The Brandenburg Gate is one of the most famous landmarks in the world and a symbol of Berlin and German unity. It was built in the 18th century as a symbol of peace and has been through a lot over the years. It was closed off during the Cold War as a symbol of division between East and West Germany, but it has since been reopened and is now a national symbol of peace and unity.
